UPDATE: HURRICANE HARVEY

We want to thank everyone for their support and well wishes. We are relieved and pleased to report that all of our employees are accounted for and are safe. We will remain vigilant throughout the remainder of this storm recovery process as the aftermath of record flooding continues to impact our service area.
We can now report that our offices on SH 249 in Pinehurst have not sustained serious damage. Our e-mail systems, operations management systems, and file storage systems are all cloud-based and are working normally. Our office operations are now fully operational during regular business hours.
Unfortunately, our field operations are still in recovery mode. In addition to responding to emergencies, our technicians will begin to address the large number of work orders that have accumulated since last week. We are hopeful all field operations will be on a routine basis beginning on Tuesday, Sept. 5th. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time while we work to restore normal operations.
Despite the challenges and conditions associated with this storm, our dedicated team members are diligently working to assist customers. If you are in need of financial assistance with your current natural gas bill or the bill you will receive in early September, please call our offices to make appropriate arrangements.
